It combines qualitative and quantitative methodology (mixed-methods). The model will be developed in 2 phases: (1) a phase that will be based on qualitative research tools disseminated among the focus groups of different interests, in order to examine the bodies of knowledge that were identified in the pilot study, and (2) a validation and evaluation phase of the mode, based on quantitative research tools (questionnaires), which will enable the model to be included beyond the study\u2019s research group.<br \/>\nThe sample includes \u00a0pre-service teachers from different institutions (universities and colleges), different sectors (Arabs and Jews), different regions in the country (periphery and center), as well as a variety of disciplines (sciences, social sciences, linguistics, and humanities).
