תקציר

פרויקט מורים שותפים למחקר (מש"ל) שואף להעמיק את שיתוף הפעולה בין חוקרי חינוך מתמטי ומורי מתמטיקה. תוכניות שמתקיימות תחת המטריה של מש"ל מאורגנות במתכונת של קהילות חקר של מורים וחוקרים, או במתכונת של מחקר אזרחי רחב היקף. בתוכניות של קהילות חקר, קבוצות של מורים חוברות לחוקר חינוך מתמטי בשותפות שמטרתה לעצב ולבצע מחקר חינוכי שקשור באופן ישיר להוראה וללמידה שמתקיימות בכיתות הלימוד של המורים. תוכניות המחקר האזרחי מהוות המשך של התוכניות הקהילתיות. מורים רבים אשר לא השתתפו בקהילות יכולים להפעיל את התערבויות החינוכיות שפותחו בקרב הקהילות, ולנצל את כלי המחקר שפותחו כדי לאסוף ולנתח נתונים בקנה מידה רחב. רבים מהמחקרים שמתקיימים סביב פעילות זו הם מסוג מחקר פעולה משתתף (participatory action research) או מחקר יישום מבוסס עיצוב (design based implementation research). חמש קהילות מש"ל ותוכנית מדע אזרחי אחד היו פעילים בין השנים 2017-2020. בשנת 2021 מיושמים מרכיבים של פרויקט מש"ל בתוכניות של פיתוח מקצועי לרכזי מתמטיקה בחט"ב ושל מהלכי"ם (מעלים את הרף לכיתות המתמטיקה)
